Tired of drinking plain old water, but still want to be healthy?
Here is a simple drink that would make your water taste wayyy better, while gaining nutrients from the various fruits and vegetables in the drink. Today I’ll be showing you how to make a fruity water drink in 4 simple steps.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED: a container (jar, mason jar, sport bottles), water, lemon, orange, cucumber
STEP 1: Cut 1 slice of lemon, 2 slice of orange, and a few slices of cucumber
- Lemon: sour taste
- Orange: Citrus, sweet taste
- Cucumber: fresh, sweet taste
STEP 2: Put the fruits into the container
STEP 3: Fill the container with water
STEP 4: Put the container into the fridge for at least 10 min
STEP 5: Enjoy!
This is a really good alternative drink from water at times. ^^
