AUGUST 6, 2016 (SATURDAY)
UNCORKED: DERBY DAYS SUMMER WINE FESTIVAL // Uncorked Wine Festivals

OVERALL: Fancy wine event that takes place in front of the mansion used in Gone with the Wind. Bring out your Derby hats and Bowties! Stay Classy.
This festival has two sessions: 12PM – 4PM, 4PM -8PM. Over 50 wineries, you will be able to sample more than 200 wines. There will also be artisan food trucks, a cigar lounge, champagne bar, custom photo booth and a live New Orleans jazz band. Experience the southern classy vibe back in the days.

OVERALL: A day-long festival/convention devoted to brunch. There are 2 sessions to enjoy “brunch tastings from local restaurants and chefs, celebrity brunch influencer cooking demos, and a market with brunch/breakfast goods and apparel”.
There are two sessions: 9 – 12PM, 12PM-3PM. You will be able to choose various brunch options from local participating restaurants (i.e. Poppy Rose, Groundwork, Waffling Around) while enjoying your “boozy” orange sangria. Where are the single ladies and gents? They will also be having a speed dating event-time to meet The One ;) So come on by and enjoy brunch all-day!

OVERALL: Chef-driven event includes some of L.A.’s best chefs preparing unique fried chicken dishes and sides, in addition to an array of delicious desserts and beverage.
Call all chicken (eater) lovers! At Chinatown’s historic Central Plaza, this festival will leave you satisFRIED. Parking might be a hassle since it is close to the heart of LA, so taking the metro might be a good option. The plaza isn’t too far from the Chinatown Gold Line Station. There will be wine tasting, live demos, and music performances.
